Some of you have asked for a way to occasionally handle refunds as one-off "adjustments", the way that you would in your bookkeeping system. You'll now find this option in the refund methods list as well. For security, adjustments are only available as an option

Refund as an external gift certificate

If you'd prefer to issue your own external gift certificate as a credit, that's now an option as well. When processing a refund, just select "Gift Certificate (external)" from the refund methods list.

Our new "convert to gift certificate" feature allows you to issue an electronic gift certificate from a reservation in a single click. This is a quick and easy way for you to issue customers a credit for a cancellation, without having to give back your hard-earned revenue.
