We wanted to tell you about a great new feature called Snapback that we've quietly rolled out over the last couple of weeks.
Snapback locates incomplete reservations and sends customers an email with a link to complete their purchase.
We've also included your company contact info, in case they have questions or concerns that are keeping them from completing their booking.
There's nothing you need to do. Snapback is already live and actively increasing your sales!
Over time, we'll continue to refine the actual email text to improve sales conversions.
We're excited about this update, and we hope you'll see a noticeable uptick in bookings as a result!
