Send SMS text messages to every customer on an event
When weather or mechanical issues impact your ability to operate an event, it's critical to be able to communicate quickly with all of your customers.
For several years now, you've had the ability to send bulk email to every customer on an event — we've recently added the ability to send bulk SMS text messages to every customer as well.
You can send bulk text messages in just a couple of clicks:
- From your Event Detail screen, click the SMS icon.
- Enter your message and click send
