We start with a phone meeting where we learn about your business and the specific booking issues you're looking to solve .
Template Design and System Configuration
Next, we design your new reservation system to match the look and feel of your website.
We configure Starboard Suite for your specific business: adding price levels, trip types and passenger types, and even populating the initial year of tours or activities on your calendar for you.
System Walk-through and Training
We schedule a time that's convenient for you to review your new booking system, and make sure we've got everything set up just right. We use the latest screen sharing technology to walk through your reservation system together, and even train you and your staff on the ins-and-outs of your new system.
After our training session, we hand you the keys, but we leave your reservation system in "test mode". This allows you and your staff to practice using your new booking system first-hand.
We provide test credit card numbers that you can use to process web, phone and walk-up reservations as if they were real.
