Have you noticed the new "Help" tab floating in your control panel? Just one click on "Help" gives you the ability to search our knowledge-base or submit a support ticket. We'll be adding lots more info to the knowledge-base over the next few months as well.

You may also start noticing some official-looking support tickets coming back to you after you call or email us. We're determined to log every question, comment and suggestion you send us in order to verify unequivocally that your inquiry has been resolved.

You can also create your own support ticket directly by submitting a request through the "Help" tab.
