We've had some basic employee scheduling functionality for a while, but we recently added some great improvements.
If you schedule employees for your tours or activities, you can now view the employee schedule (or see a specific employee's schedule) right on the tour calendar.
Just as before, individual employees (or employee teams) can be added to a tour at the bottom of the tour's "edit" window.
We're still planning some additional improvements to employee scheduling and we welcome any feedback.
Have no use for employee scheduling and want to hide the employee filters?
Just jump over to Admin->System Configuration and set "Show Employee Scheduling Filters On Calendar" to "False" (it's about halfway down the page).
