We're excited to tell you about a useful update to our online booking gratuity feature!
The online booking gratuity rate always defaulted to "NONE", but customers could opt-in to add a gratuity by selecting an option from the drop-down menu.
We've added an optional default rate.
If you set a default rate, customers will automatically be opted-in to the default rate, but they can still opt-out if they choose.
If you'd like to be a bit more assertive about collecting gratuities, you can set a different default rate under:
