Adjustments

Some of you have asked for a way to occasionally handle refunds as one-off "adjustments", the way that you would in your bookkeeping system.

You'll now find this option in the refund methods list as well.

For security, adjustments are only available as an option for users logged-in with the "owner" or "manager" permission level.
