POS Mode now supports contracts and retail-only sales

We wanted to let you know that POS Mode now supports contracts and retail-only sales, in addition to standard reservations.

Contracts in POS Mode

The primary contact will appear in the reservations list, as it does with a standard reservation. Just click that row to manage their add-ons:

For contracts, please note that we've removed the payment button within POS mode, as it's still a best practice to process contract payments through the contracts interface after the event:

Retail-Only Sales in POS Mode

This is a great solution for one-off onboard sales, as well as for members of another party who prefer to pay separately for their food and beverage purchases.

To add a new retail-only sale in POS Mode, just click the orange button at the top of the list:

In the pop-up dialog, enter the customer's first and last name:

From there, you can add retail items to the order, and process payments or leave the order open:

Retail-only sales will appear in the orders list alongside your reservations and can be modified with additional items or gratuity as needed:
